Mr. Sharma, one of the two founders of UNI, has an experience of over 13 years in setting-up Auditing Operations, Risk Management, Governance System, Anti-fraud programs and Strategies in various domestic and international geographies including Europe & USA. Mr. Sharma has earlier worked with companies like GTL, CIL and SFPL. In his last assignment, he served as the Chief Internal Auditor with SFPL an NBFC-MFI at Mumbai, India.
He holds an International MBA in Banking from one of the leading business school, UBI, Brussels, Europe. He also holds a certification in General Management and a diploma in Financial Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai.

Mr. De, one of the two founders of UNI, has over 14 years of multi-functional experience in Micro- Finance, Mortgages, Hypothecation and Lease finance. He has expertise in managing Credit Evaluation, Business Development, Product Promotion, Customer Service and Delinquency Management. In his career he has handled several professional assignments including developing new business line of Operations, Monitoring & Evaluating - Front & Back Office Operations and Recruitment & Training. He has earlier worked in various capacities with major NBFCs like Grameen Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (an MFI), IDBI Home Finance Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of IDBI Bank Ltd, Shriram Transport Finance Ltd.
He holds a bachelor degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management & a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Pereira has a successful track record of providing guidance to Corporates in the fields of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Internal Auditing and Working Capital Management. Mr. Pereira has a sound understanding of and analytical expertise in Operational and System Audits, ERP Implementation, Due Diligence and Functional Value Addition. In his working tenure, he has contributed substantially to the 'bottom line' of Companies like - Rhone Poulenc (India) Ltd., Siemens Ltd; Wockhardt Ltd; Batliboi Ltd.; Raptakos and Brett & Co. Ltd.
He is a qualified FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, besides holding a B. Com. (Hons.) degree from Bombay University and a Diploma in ISO 9000 - Quality Auditor.

Mr. Honrao has extensive experience in Project Management in the Telecom and Power industry, in GTL Ltd., where he has spent the latter part of his career. His role in this Company positioned as General Manager, included the critical Project Proposal Vetting which provided his Commercial and Legal opinion to the Board. Earlier, he began his career with Crompton Greaves Ltd. where he spent more than 25 years and substantially contributed in stream lining various operational processes including Purchases.
He earned a Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai and has received many technical certifications in computer applications from Aptech.
